Mid-Season Team Captain Update Posted by Meghan Donahue and Lena Johnson 2/13/2007 Half way through the season and still going strong. We are now half way through our 2007 season and the team is really getting the groove of things. The past few weeks have consisted of many meets with a couple of weekends seeing our gymnasts putting their bodies on the line more than once within three days . . . but that was no contest for the ever fit cougar gymnasts who condition like maniacs and are in fantastic shape. This season has seen many cougar gymnasts score career highs which is exactly what we expected. Everyone’s determined and working hard at perfecting their routines so we can score well as individuals and ultimately as a team. There is more of a united front amongst the girls and a great passion and desire to do well. The team is better than just “ordinary”, we’re “EXTRAORDINARY!” and are out to prove just that! The team is committed to laying it all out on the line every meet and by doing this watch out . . . because the BYU Cougars are a force to be reckoned with.    Attachments (click to download)
